A general practitioner (GP), family physician or family practitioner (FP) is a medical doctor who provides primary care. A GP or FP treats acute and chronic illnesses, provides preventive care and health education for all ages and both sexes.

Alternative Medicine Outreach Program has a Medical Cannabis Program available for patients who qualify for the Oregon Medical
Marijuana Program. Cannabis has been shown to have several different medical uses in situations where traditional medical treatments
are not possible, or in conjunction with traditional medical treatments.
